Donation by Cheque

If you would like to make a one-off donation in this way, please send a cheque made payable to Putney Samaritans and post to 14 Princeton Court, 53-55 Felsham Rd, London SW15 1AZ.

If you are a UK taxpayer and would like us to reclaim an extra 28% of your donation from the Inland Revenue, please print this form (PDF format) and complete the Gift Aid section only, and send it with your cheque.
